The LC-20 gradient high-performance liquid chromatograph is a new type of liquid chromatograph developed and designed by Shanghai Jinghe Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. in order to quickly meet diverse customer needs. It is optimized based on the original LC-100 liquid chromatograph and utilizes advanced technology from the United States for domestic processing and production. The application range of gradient system is wider than that of isocratic system. Substances that cannot be separated well by isocratic system can be easily solved by using gradient program. An automatic cleaning program can be set without manually changing the mobile phase, making the cleaning of chromatographic column more convenient. It can be widely applied in various analytical fields such as research and development, pharmaceutical inspection, food testing, chemical analysis, environmental monitoring, etc.

The infusion pump adopts a plunger made with consideration of material structure, reinforced PTFE sealing ring, and plunger floating installation method to enhance the stability and durability of instrument performance.
The detector adopts a dual beam monochromator composed of imported deuterium lamps, photovoltaic cells, and 1200/mm concave gratings, a precision machined dual lens flow cell, a high-precision microprocessor for controlling wavelength adjustment, and dual high-speed sampling frequencies to ensure low noise, low drift, and ultra-high sensitivity.
The mixer is mixed evenly, and the baseline collected using gradient program maintains good reproducibility.

The LC-20 gradient high-performance liquid chromatography dedicated chromatographic data workstation is embedded in the detector, with three sets of VI2010, N2000, and N3000 available for customers to choose from, meeting the needs of different users.
VI2010 L2 is a software with anti control capability used in conjunction with liquid chromatography in the VI2010 chromatography workstation. It has functions such as user account management, password rules, permission settings, electronic signatures, audit tracking, equipment monitoring, system adaptability evaluation, component verification, time program, etc. It meets the requirements of GLP/GMP, FDA, 21CFR Part II, chemical drug CTD format declaration data writing requirements, as well as the basic requirements and management requirements of chromatographic data workstations used in drug registration and declaration research work.
